At first, I loved this app. But a few weeks in, I started to notice a few issues. About 10 weeks into my plan, I was forced to start a new training plan because the app no longer took into account my preferred days for running. Technical support told me there was nothing they could do so I had to archive the progress I had made up to that point and start again. The new plan I created didn’t take into account the progress I had made so it gave me shorter and easier runs than if I had stuck with the original plan.
