Update: I cancelled my auto-renewal after the fiasco below and went for most of the year with no matches. As my renewal date approached, I suddenly began to get matches. Many of them. By now, I had deleted the app, so ignored the email notices, but in the month leading up to the cancellation, I received more matches than I had in an entire year before. AND this was during “cuffing season,” when everyone had a BF through the holidays. eHarmony was clearly pushing my profile out (or using bots) to get me to renew. Ultra-shady. Deleting my account as soon as I submit this update. Original review
