I’ve been using DayOne for 12 years. If you want to change your pricing structure, add new features, new subscription tiers, fine. Go ahead. But this latest change removes features, in an attempt to get me to pay them more money. Before the update, I could create entries with up to 10 photos, now, after selecting three photos, it insists I pay. Overall I have loved using this app for more than a decade, but every time they make major changes, it becomes evident how little the developers respect their users.
