I paid for parking the old-fashioned way, ie, inserting a card into a machine, and had a receipt texted to me. When I realized I was going to go over my allotted time, I downloaded this app to extend. The app recognized my phone number as a previous user, so I was directed to enter my PIN. I do not remember my PIN, as I last had the app several years and phones ago. When I attempted to reset my PIN, I was instructed to update credit card information for a card I have not used in years.
