I love this app, I've been personalizing it with photos of my wife and Service Dog as things that help bring me down when I'm amped up. I especially love being guided and provided simple steps that are quick, useful and accessible everyday! Having had some rather horrific experiences with my PTSD due to MST I like having the ability to have my own private space that's tangible when I feel disconnected! NOT INVISIBLE!!
