When we moved into our new house about 9 months ago we had no issues with the app or connectivity to thermostat. Since then it times out every time and I have tried resetting the Wi-Fi settings multiple times. Now I cannot add the thermostat back to the app as it says it is registered but then fails to connect. This thermostat also used the have control from our Alexa devices but that was finicky and now does not work at all. This app is garbage! I want to switch out the thermostat for an Ecobee
