Several times they disconnected my service, claiming error on their end. NEVER have they offered to compensate me for the time I have gone without service DUE TO THEIR PROFESSED ERROR. They even refused to document how long I went without service once while I was traveling internationally. I use this line for business stuff and I suspect it was down for days. So they essentially do not what to take accountability for their error and its impact and are attempting to hide their mistake. Also, you cannot reach a live person in real time. Everything is by email! Buyer Beware!!!!
