When I was deciding which fitness app to purchase, I looked for one that was not designed only for men. This means models or demonstrations of exercises also are done by women, not just men. What I have found is that even though I have my settings, set to display such features, it doesn’t always happen. At times when I’m unsure of my form and I go into the app to view the video, it will be a man demonstrating the skill. Also, I was under the impression the app will slowly modify workouts based on individual progress. I’m not sure that is happening since I always have manually increase the weig
