New Favorites Glitch

Yesterday, I spent $312 at a restaurant with an OpenTable reservation that the restaurant didn’t check me in. When I tried to refute the charge, OpenTable removed the option. Extremely frustrating and thankfully, the restaurant credited me subsequently. I have reserved 700 times with OpenTable. When on the website yesterday trying to rectify the other issue, I learned they are expiring my well-deserved points including 700 on 3/31. When trying to redeem, they said I had none of my unexpired 13, 750 points available to redeem. OpenTable is horrible and they doesn’t deserve our business!
