I travel a lot between Europe and the United States and I am American. Due business I have to change my reservations frequently and it used to be easy through the delta app. However the last several trips I have not been able to access the delta apps and make changes period. I have had to have the grueling experience of spending hours on messaging delta to see what options I have. Because for whatever reason I am blocked out of making changes period online. This is most Inconvenient and just a pain. Other than this problem I love the app. Another issue I have had is paying for Delta One
