I received an email yesterday advising my package would be here between 1245 and 445 pm. I waited during the designated time in my package did not arrive. I was actually at home until six. I got a notification that the attempted my delivery at 8:30 PM. I called customer service who arranged for me to have my package delivered between 11 and 12 PM the following day. I changed my plans so I could be here during the designated time. It still did not come.
