I’ve been using this app for years as a resource. And for the most part it’s fine for being free. I automatically took off 1 star for the parent company that owns and operates the app. It’s one of the most predatory companies on the planet. I took off another star because I wish they would allow users to “thumbs down” specific actors, writers, producers, directors, etc; the same way they let users “heart” the ones that they like/love. I think it could be a valuable resource for casting directors to know who the public truly likes and who they don’t. The assumption may be that everyone loves
