I’ve been trying, repeatedly calling about my referral for a Dentist closer to me outside of the VA. It had been approved by the dentist I saw at the VA. This has been going on since October last year and I’m at the point now, where I just can’t handle anymore stress. When I called the number I was given by the VA Dentist, I was told that if I don’t hear back on anything within a week or two about my referral, to call that number. This is an update on my original review, since I finally figured some things out that probably would have been nice to know when first using it. The idea of the App is really great. When someone first downloads the app, it would be helpful to have a short explanation of how it works, that you have to scroll all the way to the bottom to see the original posting on the app where it was actually posted; it would help to prevent a lot of confusion about how to find the actual locations of the items and that you have to go to the site to contact the poster for location or if it’s still available.
