After troubleshooting, the app gives you no genuine feedback on why your connection is either slow or not working. Just like all other apps, it simply tells you to unplug power and plug it back in, keep trying, etc. You can’t get anything done with this app and will always have to end up calling your ISP. Problems I encounter frequently with eero are extremely slow speeds of 1 MBPS upload and download across all devices, and the app has no way of telling you why this is the case.
