I love the easy light hearted mystery shows and movies on HM. I like watching the stress free shows to unwind before bed. However the iPhone app is bad, I mean bad, and only getting worse. It was never the best app but it functioned. Now I can’t seem to watch any shows without is crashing almost every time. We also aren’t really able to easily go back to the menu after starting the show. Additionally, trying to reverse or fast forward is incredibly challenging the arrow buttons rarely work and only advance or rewind a few seconds at a time. Dragging the progress bar is also often impossible.
