I am using MDLive for mental health therapy because with my job I cannot commit to normal hours appointments on a regular basis. This app has consistently cut off the video call abruptly, without warning, early to ask me to rate the app. Only once out of 4 sessions was I able to go back into the session. All other times, it just takes me right back to the rate the app page. Even if I rate the app, it still acts as though I didn’t. As far as the providers and the care received, that would be 5 stars. I have a great provider and am happy I found this option through my insurance company.
