They don’t clean their gyms much at all. They don’t enforce their own main rule which is: don’t slam weights. I complained to an entire staff including the manager about weight slamming that was going on in my gym. They said “we didn’t hear anything from over here. Sorry.”. They gave the lamest excuse of all time. If someone is talking loudly on their phone, that is against the rules too. Yet the staff won’t hear that either from their little front desk. Apparently if they don’t see or hear anything, they just pretend you’re lying. I got banned when I took justice into my own hands and yelled
