I’ve tried to digitally sign for a package multiple times that was expected 3 days ago. I work throughout the day and cannot be home to give a signature. I tried calling customer service and expressing this with little to no solution other than wait. The app made it appear as though I could pay to pick up my package the next day at an access point nearby. Seemed perfect for me except having to pay to get MY STUFF. I requested one and scheduled it for the next day from 9am to 5pm only to be told that it typically arrives the day after when I showed up. Very frustrated with UPS at the mo
