Found it very easy to use and rides always come on time. Issues come about after it auto pays when using my credit card. A menu pops up that keeps asking me to pay although it’s automatically charged already. So in order to get out I have to close the app completely. Other than that the app saves me a lot of trouble trying to find a taxi when I need one. Most regular drivers become unreliable. This way I am at least sure I can get a ride.
