I have been questioning the use of keeping a Seamless account for free delivery, because the restaurants are all now charging their own delivery fee AND service fee when you order through Seamless. So, we now pay more just for ordering food through Seamless and Grubhub. And some restaurants refuse to take call-in orders. What a rip off! The consumers are being punished because of what restaurants claim are the high fees Seamless and Grubhub charges them, so they have to get it back through the customers. That’s what a restaurant owner told me. True story.
