Incompetent staff.
The app is fine, but the staff at PNC are not detail oriented, don’t care about doing good work, and the policies and account management processes are back in the Stone Age. We’ve been working on an estate administration process with them for over a year and the amount of incompetence we have faced has made it a nightmare on top of existing grief. Leadership needs to invest in more modernization (including behind the scenes) and your staff needs to be measured for customer satisfaction. And maybe hire people with basic reading comprehension and technical skills. If you bank with PNC be prepare
