I’ve been using Burner to sell items on the Internet for years, and today it decided to stop sending text messages. The chatbot help doesn’t remember conversations, so I have to restate the problem and indicate what I have done to try and fix it every time I chat with it. After following all its recommended steps, it told me that probably my texts were being considered as spam. I am only texting one person at a time so I don’t understand how that is the case. The Chatbot says wait 72 hours and maybe it’ll fix itself… OK great. That doesn’t work for me. So I’ll be finding a different app.
