Thank you for your response. I have already contacted your support multiple times and provided clear evidence. The issue is not lack of communication — it is the repeated closure of my complaint without any clear action or transparency. Asking me to contact you again does not solve the problem. I am still waiting for a clear explanation of what action was taken regarding the reported abuse.
