This bank has amazing customer service reps and have always been friendly and did everything they possible could do to help unfortunate the management has there hands tied with policy’s and regulations. Practically no service after bank hours or weekends which is when i guarantee you’ll need it due to the absolute horrible online App or anything they do online. You will become so frustrated with all the inconsistency between what you can do on app vs web browser vs being locked out of your account often when you need access the most. This app is essential and gives us back some control over our life for anyone on reserve with the great standby feature. Allowing us to see where we stand as well as see if we have been skipped when we shouldnt have been etc... there are so many features that i love that you have basically given away for free makes me very embarrass with anyone who complains about being charged for the few little features you ask for do
