I wouldn’t even give this a star but it made me!! Booked my stay through this app and drove 11 hours just to get to the hotel for them to tell my family our booking never went through but they took the money from us! Kept calling trying to get a refund just for the rep on the phone to argue with me telling me I was in a room when they didn’t put me in that room we had to pay double the amount for two separate rooms! Now I’ve been fighting for almost two weeks to get my money back and still have yet to see it because every time I call they say they have to check back with the hotel! Never again
