I was requesting appointments online, getting notifications from my vet through this service. All good. Once I downloaded the app, all of that stopped. It has none of my history or my upcoming appointments. Initially, it showed my vet but that’s gone now. I tried to add the vet but it looks like the app will only show the ones that are open now. I cleared the filters, but got the same results. Help within the app is all self serve … here’s an article to read that might help. I clicked App Support from the App Store. The page never loaded. The status bar never went beyond about 10%. 🙄
