Better than old app , but still a long way to go. PNG Rate card section not working on app. No response from customer care over open tickets on this app. 2+ months no action yet. Doesn’t allow to upload meter readings, after raising tickets for incorrect billing resolution. Anticipated billing is a scam, far north of actual usage . No earnest from GAIL to resolve pending billing errors.
