We were in a lower pet-friendly room. The rooms are nice, roomy, with ocean views and large balconies. The room had a lot of pet hair on the nice chairs and the big windows were dirty. We never do this, but my allergies kicked up so we asked to move which is never fun but we were there for 4 nights. We were moved next door to a very clean room. We enjoyed the sunny room, balcony, and view. The pool is nice but colder than I like. The hot tub was hot. The jets were good but splashed too much. Both were clean. Breakfast and coffee were okay. Staff were somewhat friendly. The noise above us was a
