Careem Box does not have options for bigger items. I chose the option “other” and specified that it’s a bigger item and yet I still got a scooter. I canceled the order and called the help center and told them about the issue, and that I needed a car not a scooter they told me to order another one which I did, turns out it’s another scooter she canceled and told me to try another time and it was a scooter again. I also paid twice and they did not return the money after canceling. Not only did I waste my time but the driver’s time. So disappointing and annoying. They should fix this issue.

I ordered a couple of hours ago and I paid, then I found out that my order was declined and my money was transferred back. I will not be using talabat again just because of this inconvenience. They canceled my order without my knowledge and since it’s Ramadan this is very unprofessional.
