The app is small in size and does what it purports to do with a good interface…fine for a smartphone. For an iPad however, the app will only open in portrait mode, useless for those of us with iPad and cases with keyboards. I never use my iPad in portrait mode, never have. There is also the question of need; this solves a non-existent problem as I can get everything I need about my pet, their veterinary services, and their online pharmacy from the vet’s website. Much easier, no app needed. Another issue: the App Support link in the Apple Store just connects to a 404 missing link. Not hel
