I have three transactions pending the review of their bank for over a week. Never had this experience before. One transaction is well over 10 days. These transactions are for food to families but Remitly doesn’t care. I’ve texted, emailed, chatted and endless phone calls over the past week to no avail. Even had to send them a copy of my passport! If you expect to make a quick transfer internationally be careful with Remitly.
