The app constantly asks for us to rest our password and then fails to log us in most of the time. The notifications our vet claims to send us rarely show up, but yet we see the notice counter with 4 items. If. You can actually get logged in, there are no messages. If they do exist none are accessible. Support = 0. In taking to other pet parents at the vet, they note similar issues and just stopped using the app citing its more trouble than it’s worth. Hard to say if it’s our vet or the app, but since the two can’t communicate and no one from support responds. 1 star.
