From a while ago the APP stopped working properly when connected to the mobile network. To ask for a ride I had to connect to a wi-fi network. I contacted the support but the issue wasn’t properly handled, and with the last update the issue worsened to the point that even over wi-fi the APP isn’t working.

That’s the most cumbersome document reading APP I have ever seen. I just have it because that’s the one the organization I work for uses.
