Years ago you had to have your Fresh Values card for the in-store coupons and discounts, now you need your card AND this stupid app to get the in-store discounts. Nothing like adding more layers of frustrations on your customers. The self checkout lines are now filled with people that are expecting the discount, only to find out that they need to download this stupid app. Checkout line are now longer due to the added wait time to allow everyone to download this app. What a waste of time. I am now going to go to the other grocery store.
