I downloaded this app when my phone was disconnected and I had to make an emergency call to my boss. Was told this would be a good option. I didn't have the money for the paid version. Sadly I Quickly learned that the free version does not work EVER. After going to a gas station and begging to use their phone I spent three days trying to make calls from this app at different times of day. I learned that if you attempt to make a call using the free version you will ALWAYS be told "call failed:server busy". Doing a little research online I've found others who have said the same.
