I was using this app for about a week and decided I wanted to upgrade from the free version, paid for it but my account never updated. I kept getting promoted to upgrade and eventually just clicked on the upgrade button again to which I was then prompted that i already had the professional version. I emailed the customer support email proved, no response, then I just couldn’t log into my account. Still no response from customer support email, I now have an open dispute to reverse the charge.
