Support Will Not or Cannot Fix the Problem
This is being written on Pearl Harbor day (December 7th) and the incident started on July 16th and has not been resolved as of yet. I have seven accounts, six of them can and do receive the daily free chest from the web store. The seventh cannot enter the web store. The response when I enter the email address of this account is “email not recognized”. This is the same email that I use to recover the account when I want to play it. When I submit a ticket, I’ll get a response that instructs me to try this. I respond informing them that fix did not correct the problem. I’ll then receive instructi
