Revised Nickname

So this is supposed to generate and accept two factor authentication codes or something. Nowhere NOWHERE does it explain what the app is and how its used. SERIOUSLY NO WHERE. I downloaded it and set up an account … but it doesnt accept or generate codes from the app I’m trying to get access to. AND WHO KNOWS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO WORK ANYWAY. The stupid robot doesnt understand ANY questions and there are no humans. Sheesh rated as MINUS ten. PS: I have a PhD and worked in the computer industry for years so I’m pretty sure its not me …
