I recently reported a missing item in an order through Talabat Egypt. The case was closed by customer support without any investigation, no request for photos, and no attempt to contact the restaurant or the customer. What is particularly concerning is that the restaurant itself later investigated the issue and replaced the missing items. This shows the problem could have been easily resolved if Talabat had simply looked into the case. All the responses I received from support only stated that they were “unable to take further action,” even though no action had been taken in the first place.

Dear KLM, I need to be able to check flight updates in real time when i pick up my family upon arrival or when I drive them to the airport. This option was supported in the application a few years back and was removed in one of the updates. I need to be able to check estimate and actual flight schedules without entering a booing reference or making a new booking. Thanks in advance
