Reasonable Opinion

Place names are mostly in the language and alphabet of the location shown, especially if you start to zoom in. I understand having that as an option, but it’s absurd and useless to have that be the only option. Is this app only for pan-linguists? No learners or beginner options for kids, or seniors, or anyone just looking to get a better understanding of the world or the news? How elitist. I’ve searched for ways to set a single language option and can’t find any company response or recommendation that works. Not sure who this is designed for, but it’s not helpful for anything I need.
