Fake offers! , few months ago I made an order that had an offer of around 500 L.E instead of around 960L.E. Without any warning the app draw 960 from my Credit Card while this should be a valid discount and not even a voucher that I have to apply. Tried to contact their customer care for almost a month or maybe even more now with either no reply, automated non-sense reply or promises that they do not do as a refund that they promised but never happened, not only worst service and customer service but also a Fraud!!
