I have had this app for years and never had problems with it until the last few months. Now I am completely unable to access my account. I keep getting an error message saying my password is wrong even though the password is saved on my phone and I have not changed it. I even tried following your link to reset the password and I made sure that the new password meets all the requirements but I just keep getting an error message that says something like we are unable to save your password please try again.
