I’m extremely frustrated with the way Talabat handles deliveries. Despite paying a delivery fee to have my food brought directly from the restaurant to my home, they repeatedly send multiple orders with the same driver—often to different areas. This causes unnecessary delays and affects the quality of the food. What’s worse, they disable the live tracking map, likely to hide the fact that the driver is making stops elsewhere. This is unacceptable and misleading. If I’m paying for delivery, I expect a direct service—not a shared route like a delivery van. Talabat needs to be transparent with
