I’m really disappointed. I ordered and paid for a full meal, but received an incomplete order. I contacted support and explained everything honestly — even admitted that I initially thought the bag was sealed, but later noticed a small tear. Instead of understanding the situation, they turned it all against me and made it seem like it was my fault. I wasn’t trying to blame anyone — I just wanted what I paid for. But I ended up losing money, time, and being treated like a liar. This is not how a customer should be treated. If honesty gets ignored, what’s the point of even reporting an issue?
