I have been using Aprilaire for many years now. The legacy screen has been updated with the new upgrade and the app is very stable on iOS. Tech support is very helpful and Courteous also the wait time for help is generally short and you get to talk to an actual person that knows the products. Find a contractor that supports the product and have them properly install the thermostat and properly connecting it to the equipment is the key.
