After sticking to a different app/program for a bit, I needed to change it up. Enter Jefit. I got a great price on my first year so why not?! So many workouts to choose from, or the ability to create my own. Can also modify preset workouts which I love. I really like how exercises are broken down into muscle groups in the library. Super helpful. My only thing would be that when I log my sets on my apple watch, the app on my phone doesn’t do my rest countdowns out loud. I keep the app open on my phone too. Not a major issue as my watch does vibrate when my time is up. Just odd that the 2 intera
