I am beyond done with Planet Fitness and their completely unreliable billing system. A company of this size should have payment options available 24/7, 365 days a year, no excuses. This month, my PF app showed NO payment due until next month—all day long. No alerts, no notifications, no draft attempts. I checked my bank account and there was ZERO activity from Planet Fitness.
