Service ok
As far as a benefit to consumers, this is a good service. But as a fair business practice, I would say it fails. If you have a problem, Turo's customer service is useless, and the interface of the app is extremely confusing when it comes to the pick up and return process, but the one saving grace is that you actually get the phone number to the vendor or owner or host of the car and you can call them directly with questions. B. Z. Auto, who I rented from in Boston was extremely helpful and I had accidentally booked the wrong dates and had asked to change the dates and get a refund from the day
