There’s so much to love about Master Duel. The User Interface is so simple to navigate, the animations gorgeously bring the cards to life, and the solo mode fills you in on the archetype backstory in a way never seen before. Then you start to actually play the game in Ranked VS mode and the flaws begin to show immediately. Hope you enjoyed the interactive gameplay of the solo mode, because you won’t find any of that here. Instead watch as you’re held hostage while your opponent plays the game by themselves for 10 minutes and functionally wins the game in a single turn. Maybe ranked just isn
