Verizon requires a signature for delivery. OK, but there’s a big problem: 1) there is no 2- hour window delivery- it’s a 15- hour window from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM 2) you’re not allowed to redirect to neighbor willing to sign for it, despite the fact that UPS app allows you to TRY that. But delivery people ignore that and attempts primarily address only. 3) You can’t have the package redirected to a UPS facility where you could then go at your convenience and sign for it. Again, UPS lets you TRY but the just attempt to deliver at primary address instead. 4) though I called and talked with UPS a
